Hotmail No Longer Blocked new!

A few months ago we were forced to block Hotmail email addresses, as Microsofts spam filters were flagging our email as spam and, rather than placing them in the spam folder, blocking them entirely so the user never received them. This caused issues for users applying to guilds and never receiving their emails, and as we were not able to ensure the email was delivered to hotmail users, we were forced to prevent new members from applying with hotmail email addresses.
We have now come up with a better solution for this, as we discovered hotmail has a "Safe Senders" option within their UI; and with this enabled, the emails will be delivered. So hotmail addresses are no longer blocked, and instead users applying with a hotmail address will receive a notice with step-by-step instructions for how to ensure they have this setup correctly so they receive the email =)
